Terms and Conditions for Using 988 Wan in Pakistan

Welcome to 988 Wan. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the player" or "you") and 988 Wan ("we", "us", "the platform"). By accessing the 988 Wan website, creating an account, or using any of our services — including sports betting, live casino games, esports wagering, and promotional offers — you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the 988 Wan platform. We strongly encourage all new members to read this document from start to finish before registering. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that all of the above conditions are satisfied. 988 Wan reserves the right to request documentation verifying your age, identity, or location at any time. If verification is requested and not provided within a reasonable period, your account may be suspended or closed.

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on 988 Wan. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is a violation of these Terms and will result in all accounts being closed and any balances forfeited.

When creating your account, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your full legal name, a valid email address, and your date of birth. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. 988 Wan will never ask you for your password by email, SMS, or phone.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our support team immediately. Until you notify us, you remain responsible for any activity on your account.

988 Wan reserves the right to close or suspend any account that appears to be compromised, involved in fraudulent activity, or in violation of these Terms. In cases of verified fraud, any funds in the account may be withheld pending investigation.

All financial transactions on 988 Wan are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We support the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards.

Deposits are generally processed instantly, though occasional delays can occur on the payment provider's side. Withdrawals are processed within 24–72 hours of a valid request being submitted, subject to any verification checks that may be required.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This is a standard anti-money-laundering requirement. 988 Wan reserves the right to request additional identity documents before processing any withdrawal above Rs 50,000. This is for your protection as much as ours.

Players are responsible for any transaction fees charged by their bank or payment provider. 988 Wan does not charge internal processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though this may vary during peak periods or for specific payment methods — you will be notified in advance if any fee applies.

All bets placed on 988 Wan are subject to the specific rules applicable to the market in question. General rules that apply across all betting markets include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or modify a bet after it has been accepted by the system, except where a specific "cash out" option is available and offered to you in real time.
• Odds displayed at the time of placing a bet are the odds that will apply to that bet. Subsequent market movements do not affect accepted bets.
• In the event of a technical fault or data error that results in incorrect odds being displayed, 988 Wan reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the stakes.
• Bets placed after an event has started (in-play bets) are only valid if the in-play betting feature was active and the bet was accepted before the relevant outcome occurred.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts vary by market and are displayed within the betting interface. Bets outside these limits will not be accepted.
• 988 Wan reserves the right to limit or restrict betting activity on any account that demonstrates unusual patterns, including but not limited to systematic arbitrage or exploitation of pricing errors.

988 Wan offers a range of promotions including welcome bonuses, weekly reload bonuses, cashback offers, and event-specific deals such as PSL season promotions. All promotional offers are subject to their own individual terms, which are stated clearly on the Promotions page.

The following general bonus rules apply to all offers on the platform unless otherwise stated:

• Only one active bonus per account at any given time.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash until the applicable wagering requirement has been completed.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time frame stated in the specific promotion's terms. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• If a player initiates a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirement, the bonus balance and any related winnings will be removed from the account.
• 988 Wan reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time, with notice provided where reasonably practicable.
• Any player found to be abusing the bonus system — including creating multiple accounts to claim welcome offers, or using low-risk betting strategies designed to convert bonuses without genuine wagering intent — will have their bonus revoked and their account reviewed.

If you choose to self-exclude from 988 Wan, the exclusion will take effect immediately and remain in place for the period you have selected. • Threatening, harassing, or abusing 988 Wan staff or other users through any communication channel.
• Sharing your account credentials with another person or allowing another person to operate your account.
• Registering multiple accounts to exploit welcome bonuses or any other promotion.

988 Wan provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to maintain uptime and reliability, we do not guarantee that the website or app will be available without interruption, or that it will be entirely free of errors at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 988 Wan and its affiliated companies will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to losses resulting from technical faults, internet connectivity issues, data errors, or unauthorised account access.

Your use of the platform is entirely at your own risk. Gambling, by nature, carries the risk of financial loss. 988 Wan does not accept responsibility for gambling losses incurred by players on the platform.

988 Wan reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date at the top. Where changes are material, we will also notify registered players by email or through an in-platform notification.

Continued use of the 988 Wan platform after any changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
